Preparing a meal for your family can be pretty tough some days. To make this task a little easier, we offer you Harriet's Mexican Lasagna.

Harriet's Mexican Lasagna

  • 2 cans Progresso Black Beans
  • 2 large jars salsa (Pace or your own favorite)
  • Cheese (2 bags Mexican blend)
  • 2 bags rice (boil-in-bag)
  • Flour tortilla shells
