Hear the Cries

Hear the cries of the little ones, The abused, neglected, and alone. Hear the cries of the needy ones, For someone to love them, for a safe and good home. Look into the eyes of the sad ones, See the hurt, the pain that�s there. Look into the face of a hurting child, and see the need for someone to care. Hold the hand of an unsteady one, Help them to stand, to walk, to run. Stoop down to help a little child: No greater deed could you have done.
